When is enough enough? Is that the time for a change? Or is that the time when we sit ourselves down and write the pros and cons of the status quo? Status quo doesn't have to be a bad thing. Why sabotage a good thing? There is no reason to change what is working if it is providing you what you want, little bumps and mishaps not withstanding.
But what if you are not getting what you want? Either in your relationships, your work, your own success? What if a tweek here and there could put you in a better position to get what you want? A more loving relationship. A raise or work promotion. A prouder you because you were able to get closer to your body goals.
